Title: Coffee Milk Shake
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients
1 c strong fresh coffee
1 pn salt
1 ice cubes
2 lg scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 tb sugar
1 whipped cream
1 shaved chocolate
Instructions
Pour hot coffee over ice cubes to cool. Then put coffee, salt, ice cream,
and sugar into mixing bowl. Beat just long enough to blend. Serve in a tall
glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Yield: 1 serving.
