Ingredients

      2    oranges peeled & cut into
           -pieces
      1 sm onion chopped fine
      2    minced habaneros chiles; or
           -to your taste
    1/4 c  chopped cilantro leaves; or
           -more; no stems
      3 tb fresh lime juice
      2 ts extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 ts dried mexican oregano
    1/4 ts salt (optional)
