Title: Creanberry Salad
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
2 c sugar
1 c water
2 1/2 tb unflavored gelatin
1/2 c cold water
4 c raw cranberries; ground
1 md orange with rind; ground
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped nuts
Instructions
Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been
soaked in 1/2 cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other
ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
