2 1/2 c sugar
1 c water
1 c green creme de menthe
6 tb liquid fruit pectin
Instructions
˜˜˜˜˜˜˜ ea mint sprigs Bring sugar, creme de menthe and water to a boil in
a saucepan. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add pectin and boil
1 more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
Plunge sprigs of mint into boiling water for 1 minute and place a sprig in
each sterilized jelly jar. Pour jelly into jars. Seal withparaffin.
