20 lg marshmallows; cut up
1/4 c milk (up to)
4 tb creme de menthe
1 c whipping cream; whipped
1 whipping cream; whipped
1 chocolate covered toffee
-bar; grated
1 mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions
Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly, until marshmallows melt. Stir in creme de menthe. Chill until
thick. Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until
well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. To serve, top
with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar. Serves 4.
