Title: Creole Potato Salad

Ingredients

      3 lb potatoes; peel, dice, cook
      4    eggs; hard-boil, dice
      1 sm white onion, dice
      2 tb pimientos, dice
      2    ribs celery, dice
      4 tb creole mustard
      1 lb smoked sausage, slice thin
      1    5 mins
      1 c  mayo
    1/4 c  parsley, chopped
      2 ds tabasco
      1    salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients.
