Title: Easy Beef Chow Mein

Ingredients
2 lb ground chuck
1 lg onion; chopped
1 cn (16-oz) chinese vegetables
1 cn (16-oz) oriental peppers
1 cn (16-oz) bean sprouts
1 soy sauce to taste
1 cn chinese noodles or cooked
-rice
Instructions
Cook meat and chopped onion until onion is clear. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles or
cooked rice. Serves
