Title: Egg Salad #1
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      1    head lettuce; chopped
      6    hard boiled eggs; sliced
      1 lg onion; sliced thin and
           -separated

Instructions

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/4 c oil
2 tb vinegar
1 tb worcestershire
1 1/2 ts salt
1 ds paprika
1 ds pepper

SALAD: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add chilled dressing before
serving. DRESSING: Combine all ingredients. Chill 1 hour before using.
