Title: Fried Rice #04
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      1 c  sliced green onion
      2 tb oil or shortening
      1    salt & pepper
    1/2 c  green pepper; chopped
      3 c  hot cooked rice

Instructions

Saute onions and peppers in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly, add
salt & pepper. Serves 6.
