Title: Fried Rice #05
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
3 tb oil
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 c diced celery
1 c sliced mushrooms
3 c cooked rice
2 tb soy sauce
1 egg; slightly beaten
1/2 lb crisp bacon; crumbled
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add
mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring
occasionally. Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done. Add bacon
and mix well. Extra soy sauce may be served with rice. Yield: 6 to 8
servings.
