Title: Ez Taco Bake
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef browned and
-drained
1 cn rotel tomatoes; ( diced with
- chiles)
1 cn ortega refried beans
1 pk ortega taco seasoning
1 pk (12-14 oz) doritos taco
-flavored ch; ips
8 0z kraft shredded mexican
-cheese; ( i usually add lot
Instructions
Brown ground beef with 1 pkg. of taco seasoning.. In a large bowl mix 1 can
of Rotel tomatoes, refried beans, and add the ground beef . In a baking
dish crush the package of Doritos to completely cover the bottom of the
dish. I usually use a 9 x 13" pan. Add the ground beef mixture over the
chips. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
or until golden and bubbly. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream or
salsa. Enjoy!
