Title: German Spatzle
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
3 c flour
4 eggs
2 ts salt
Instructions
Stir together flour, eggs, salt, and 1/2c. cold water. Beat til mixture
bubbles and is smooth. Add just enough water as necessary. Bring 1 qt.
salted water to boil, shape dough. Boil, til they float to the top. Swish
them around in a bowl of cold water briefly and gently. Replace to hot
water to keep warm.
Can also be made in pasta maker. Add eggs to cup, and add enough water to
measure full load.
