Title: Ginger Beer 2

Ingredients

      1    true-brew continental light
      1    bee
  3 1/3 lb munton & fison hopped light
      1    extract syrup
      1 c  corn sugar
      3 oz fresh grated ginger root
      2    packs
      1    edme ale yeast

Instructions

This will produce a light beer with a fairly strong ginger character.
