Title: Green Papaya Salad Thai - Keo'S Thai Cuisine
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

    1/2 lb green papaya; (shredded
           -carrots or cucu
      1    clove garlic
      2    red chili peppers; seeded
      1    tomato; sliced in strips
      2 tb fish sauce; (depending on
           -brand and p
      3 tb lime juice
      1    lettuce leaves or cabbage
           -squares
      1    lime; cut into wedges
      1    red chili peppers; optional

Instructions

Preparation Peel and seed papaya; shred. Grind together garlic and red
chili peppers in a food processor or mortar. Mix together the papaya,
tomato, fish sauce and lime juice; add in garlic mixture and toss lightly.
Place a portion of papaya mixture onto a lettuce e leaf or cabbage square
and form into packet to eat. Serve with wedges of lime. Garnish with red
