Title: Hard Sauce
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      1 c  confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c  butter
    1/8 ts salt
      1 ts vanilla
      2 tb brandy or rum

Instructions

Cream sugar, butter, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Add brandy, and if too
stiff, add a little cream. Beat until you have a creamy consistency.
