3 c cornflakes
1 c wheat germ
1/2 c sesame seeds
4 ts dried parsley -- crushed
1 tb paprika
2 ts salt
1 ts dry mustard
1 ts celery salt
1 ts onion salt
1/2 ts ground pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until
evenly distributed. Pour into a 5-c container with a tight fitting lid.
Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place.
Use within 2 months.
Makes about 4 1/2 c of Homemade Crispy Coating Mix.
