Title: Homemade Oven Frying Mix For Chicken

Ingredients

      2 c  unseasoned packaged bread
           -crumbs
      2    envelopes (or teaspoons)
           -instant ch; icken broth
      2 ts paprika
      1 ts poultry seasoning
      1 ts onion powder
      1 ts leaf oregano, crumbled
      1 ts leaf rosemary, crumbled
      1 ts celery salt
    1/4 ts coarse-grind pepper
    1/4 ts garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

I'm cleaning out loose recipes so before I throw them out I thought I'd
post some. I think this came from "Womans Day Magazine" years ago. Of
course you can use your favorite seasonings instead of those in the recipe.

Combine in moisture-proof container:

Use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture per serving of cut-up chicken parts;
moisten chicken in tomato juice or other liquid before shaking with crumb
