12 oz italian soft wheat flour or
-plain w; hite flour
2 egg yolks
1 ds olive oil
1 pn salt
3 beaten eggs
Instructions
On a cool worktop, mix all ingredients except beaten eggs together with
your hands until you have a tacky dough. add beaten eggs and continue
kneading until you have a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and leave to rest
for a good half hour. Roll out on a floured surface and cut to the size
required ir you can use a pasta machine if you have one.
