3 c cooked instant brown rice
-(or homec; ooked real rice)
2 tomatoes, seeded and chpped
1 c fresh parsley, finely
-chopped
1 bn green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c fresh mint, finely chopped
3/4 c kraft miracle whip salad
-dressing
1/4 ts black pepper
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and
chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 235 cal, 4.0 gr
