Title: Mother'S Ritz Cracker Pie

Ingredients
20 ritz crackers; crushed
1 c sugar
3/4 c chopped pecans
3 egg whites
1/4 ts cream of tartar
1 ts vanilla
1/2 pt cream; whipped and sweetened

Instructions
Mix pecans, 1/2 cup sugar and cracker crumbs in bowl. Beat egg whites and
cream of tartar until stiff; gradually add vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold
crumb mixture into egg white mixture; pour into greased pie plate and bake
at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly; top with whipped cream. Chill well
before serving.
