1 pk dry yeast
2 c warm water
4 c self-rising flour
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c shortening
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour. Beat egg and sugar, add
shortening; cream. Add creamed mixture to flour mixture. Don't knead, spoon
into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400-degree oven.
Dough keeps one week.
