Neighbor Nectar Smoothie
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients
6 tb nonfat plain yogurt
6 whole nectarines; peeled and
- sliced
1 1/2 tb honey; or to taste
1/3 c wheat germ
1 c seedless grapes
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45 seconds.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
