Title: Pear-Applesauce With Amaretto
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
3 1/2 c cubed peeled granny smith
-apple
2 1/2 c cubed peeled bartlett pear
2 tb water
2 tb brown sugar
1 tb amaretto
Instructions
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and cook over
low heat 40 minutes or until very tender. Mash to desired consistency; stir
in sugar and amaretto. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).
