Ingredients

      4    boneless; skinless chicken
           -breasts
      3    potatoes; scrubbed and diced
      2    onions; chopped; (up to 3)
      4    carrots; chopped; (up to 5)
      2    celery stalks; chopped
      2 c  mushrooms; sliced
      1    red or yellow pepper;
           -chopped
      1 ts basil
      1    bay leaf
      1 cn chicken broth
      1 c  dry white wine
