Title: Rainbow Salad
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      1 c  finely chopped cabbage
      1 c  finely chopped green pepper
      1 c  grated carrots
      1 c  chopped lettuce
    1/2 c  finely chopped cucumber
    1/2 c  sliced onion
      1 c  sliced celery
      1 c  tomato chunks
      1 c  shredded american cheese
      1 c  cooked or canned green peas
    1/2 ts salt
    1/8 ts pepper
      1 ts sugar
    1/2 c  vinegar
      1    lettuce leaves

Instructions

Toss all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined
salad bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
