Title: Rice With Chicken And Cheese
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 onion; chopped
1/2 ts salt
1/2 c uncooked rice
1/2 c cut-up cheese
1 tb oil or shortening
2 1/2 c water or broth
1 1/2 c cut-up cooked chicken
Instructions
Lightly brown onion in oil; add salt & water or broth. Heat to boiling and
add rice. Cover and cook over low heat 50 minutes. Add chicken to rice.
Heat. Sprinkle cheese on each serving.
