Title: Ritz Pie
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

      3    egg whites, beaten until
           -stiff
      1 c  sugar
    1/2 ts baking powder
    1/2 ts vanilla
    1/2 c  walnuts, or pecans
     19    ritz crackers, crushed fine
    1/2 pt heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

Grease pie tin. Set stiff egg whites aside. Mix together sugar, baking
powder, vanilla, nuts and crackers. Fold in egg whites to mixture. Bake for
30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and top with half of the whipped cream and
chill. Serve with rest of whipped cream on top.
