Title: Apple Party Sandwiches
Yield: 14 Servings
Ingredients
14 pk cream; softened, 8 oz.
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 ts vanilla
1 loaf &n -cinnamon-raisin bread
2 golden delicious apples;
-unpeeled
1 tb orange juice
1/4 c salted peanuts; chopped
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat at medium speed with
an electric mixer 1 minute or until smooth; set aside. Cut each bread
slice into a 3 inch round. Core apples, cut each apple horizontally into 7
slices, and brush with orange juice. Spread 1 T. cheese mixture onto each
bread round; top with an apple slice. Sprinkle peanuts in center. Yield
