3 cup Vodka
2 cup Water
2 cup Sugar
2 cup Packed brown sugar
2/3 cup Dry instant coffee
1 tsp Vanilla -or-
1 Vanilla bean
Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart jar. Cover tightly and let stand at
room temperature two weeks. Remove vanilla bean. Pour into bottles
and seal. Makes about 7 1/2 cups.
