Title: Alison Sweeney And Bryan Dattilo'S Neapolitan Pasta
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      2 ts olive oil
      3    cloves garlic; minced
      2 tb chopped fresh basil
  1 1/2 lb tomatoes; peeled and chopped
           salt and pepper
           angel hair pasta

Instructions

Heat olive oil over low flame and saut, garlic for 1 minute. Add tomatoes.
Increase flame to medium for 15 minutes. Continually stir and crush
tomatoes in olive oil. Add basil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1
minute more. Add additional seasonings of your choice (such as oregano).
