Title: Xl Chocolate Cookies
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
250 g butter
250 g chocolate bits
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
3 c flour
1 ts baking powder
1 ts vanilla essence
Instructions
Place butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients and
melt gently.
Remove from heat. Stir in half the chocolate bits until melted.
Stir in sugars until well mixed.
Add egg. Stir to combine.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture with remaining
chocolate bits and vanilla. Mix to combine.
Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
Measure out 1/4 cupfuls and roll into balls.
Place on a baking tray and press out with a fork.
Bake at 180 C for 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked.
