3 tb butter
1 tb sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Peel. Cut into 1" squares. Boil in salted water until fork tender. Mash
with
3 Tbl butter, 1 Tbl sugar, and cream until the consistency of mashed
potatoes. Salt to taste. Feed to the dog. He loves 'em.
