Bison Burger

Ingredients
2 lb Ground bison
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Powdered onion
1 Egg
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Dry mustard
1 ts Cumin
Toasted buns; for serving
Instructions
Combine ingredients and form into patties. Barbecue on grill with medium
heat, 5 minutes on one side, flip over and barbecue 5 minutes on other
side. Serve hot on toasted bun with desired condiments.
