Ingredients
2 lb Ground bison
1/2 pk Soda crackers; finely
-chopped
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
1/2 md Onion; chopped
1/2 md Green pepper; chopped
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper;
- to taste
Garlic salt; to taste
Instructions
Mix all of the above ingredients and form into loaf. Bake in 300 degree
oven approximately 45 minutes or until done.
