1 oz Light rum
5 tb Vanilla ice cream
1/4 oz Whipped cream
Shredded coconut
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend
at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne
flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
