Title: French Style Cream Cheese Spread
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/4 c  Margarine or butter;
           -softened
      1    Garlic clove; minced
      1 tb Parsley; snipped
      1 tb Water
      2 ts White wine vinegar
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Herb de Provence; crushed
    1/4 ts Seasoned salt
           Fresh thyme; (optional)
           Assorted crackers

Instructions

In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, margarine or butter, garlic,
parsley, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, herb de Provence, and
seasoned salt. Cover and refrigerate overmnight.
To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Serve with crackers.
