Title: Korean Barbecue Sauce
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

      1 c  Soy sauce
    1/4 c  Sake, or dry sherry
      4 sl Ginger root - (abt quarter
           -size); julienned
      2 tb Sugar
      2    Garlic cloves; sliced thin
    3/4 c  Apple juice concentrate
      3 tb Sesame oil

Instructions

Place all the ingredients but the sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a
simmer. Cook 10 minutes, uncovered; then remove from the heat and add the
sesame oil.
Store in a covered glass or plastic container in the refrigerator.
