Title: Sheep Kebabs

Ingredients
2 lb Sheep shoulder meat; cut in
-1 1/2" cubes
Mint sauce
Cherry tomatoes
Mushroom caps
White onions, small
Instructions
Marinate meat in commercial mint sauce to cover for 2 hours. Skewer meat
cubes alternating with cherry tomatoes, mushroom caps, and small white
onions. Broil, turning and basting with 1/2 cup mint sauce at 5 minute
intervals, until brown on all sides.
