Title: Winter Bake

Ingredients
1 md rutabaga
1 md butternut squash
2 lg sweet potatoes
1/4 c olive oil
2 ts crushed dried rosemary
Instructions
Peel vegetables, and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Toss together vegetables and oil in a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.
Sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake at 500°F for 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield:
10 to 12 servings Prep: 20 mins. Bake: 35 mins. Typed in MMFormat by
