Title: Jack Benny'S Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 bn chinese cabbage
10 oz bean sprouts
6 scallions
1 ts salt
3 lg celery stalks
3 tb vegetable oil
1 1/2 c cooked chicken (or turkey --
1 veal -- beef or ham)
1 strips
1 few gratings black pepper
1 c green peas, fresh or frozen
1 =or=-
1/2 pk frozen chinese peapods
2 1/2 tb soy sauce
1 tb cornstarch
1 tb sugar
1/2 c clear chicken broth
1 cooked rice or chinese --
1 noodle
Instructions
Chop cabbage coarsely. Drain bean sprouts; rinse well; dry with paper
towel. Chop scallions coarsely. Cut celery in 1/4" slices diagonally.
