Title: Pea Salad
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

     10 oz frozen small peas; thawed on
           - paper
           towels
      2    stalks celery; chopped
      5    chopped green onions
      3 tb sunflower seeds
    1/4 c  chopped peanuts
    1/4 c  chopped cashews
    1/3 c  mayonnaise
    1/3 c  sour cream

Instructions

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.

Yields 3 1/2 cups.

NOTES : Pea salad made with mayonnaise, sour cream, nuts, seeds, celery and
onions.
