Title: Apple & Waldorf Sandwiches

Ingredients
sliced white or brown bread
butter
chopped walnuts
1 granny smith apple
4 tb cream cheese
seasoning
Instructions
Lightly butter two slices of bread. Finely chop a handful of walnuts and
a quarter of the apple. Then mix those into 4 tbsp of cream cheese.
Lightly season with salt and ground black pepper.
Then put this filling into the two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
The Waldorf way ? Take the crusts off, cut them into quarters - and seve
with panache.
