1/2 c softened butter
1 c confectioner's sugar --
1 sifted
3 ts brandy
Instructions
For hard sauce (a.k.a. brandy butter) whip together 1/2 c. softened butter,
1
c. sifted confectioner's sugar, the finer the better, and 2-3 tsp. brandy.
You can substitute vanilla or rum for the brandy if you prefer.
