Title: Marinade For Flank Steak/Filet Mignon
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients
1/2 c low salt soy sauce
1 tb worcestershire sauce
1/2 tb dry mustard
1 ts dried thyme
1 ts dried rosemary
1 ts dried oregano
1 ts dried basil
1 ts dried minced onion
1 c vegetable oil
1/2 c red wine
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tb brown sugar
1 ds pepper to taste
Instructions
Lay pieces of meat in a 13 x 9 glass pan. Pour marinade over meat.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate from two hours up to 24 hours.
Grill or boil meat.
