Ingredients
1/4 c plain nonfat yogurt
2 tb spicy hot mustard
2 pita bread rounds -- cut in
1 half
4 sl smoked turkey breast
8 sl unpeeled tomato --
1 (1/4-inch-thick)
1 c loosely packed trimmed
1 watercress
1/2 c shredded lowfat, low-sodium
1 swiss cheese -- (2 ounces)

Instructions
Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard
sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey
slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle
with 2 tablespoons cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita
half).
