Title: Spicy Broiled Bluefish
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
3 lb bluefish fillets
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 ts prepared mustard
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts lemon and pepper seasoning
1/4 ts old bay
1/4 ts tarragon
1/8 ts rosemary
1/2 c white wine or water
Instructions
Place fish in baking dish skin side down. Melt margarine; add rest of
ingredients and heat over low heat until warm. Brush fish generously
with sauce. Put in broiler about 4 inches from flame and broil for 5
minutes. Pour remaining sauce over fish and broil for 5 more minutes.
