Title: Vegetarian Burger > Vegetarian Gourmet
Yield: 6 Burgers

Ingredients

    1/2 c  broccoli, chopped
    1/4 c  onion, chopped
    1/2 c  carrot, chopped
      2 tb parsley, fresh, minced
      2 tb basil, fresh, minced
      1    garlic clove, minced
    1/4 ts celery seeds
      1 ts sesame oil
      1 ts lite soymilk
      1 c  basmatic rice, cooked
      1 tb sesame seeds
      1 tb cracked wheat germ

Instructions

In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot,
parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. Add the rice &
blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a
large mixing bowl.

Mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. Form into 6 patties & cook
either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on
both sides.
