Ingredients
4 c sweet potato cubes, peeled
1 apple with skin, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 sm red onion, chopped
1 ts fresh ginger, grated
1 seasoned rice vinegar to
1 taste
Instructions
steam potatoes til soft, not mushy toss all ingredients lightly,
dress with vinegar to taste
