Title: Monica'S Gazpacho
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients

      3    tomatoes, peeled & seeded
      1    green pepper
      1    onion
      1    cucumber, peeled
  1 1/2 c  v-8 juice
      2    garlic cloves
    1/2 ts tabasco sauce
      1 ts salt
    1/2 ts pepper (black)
    1/2 ts oregano (dried)
    1/2 ts sweet basil
      1 ts sugar

Instructions

Chop 3/4 of teh vegetables into large chunks. Chop remaining
vegetables into small pieces and reserve. Place V-8 Juice, chunk
sized vegetables and Garlic in blender and Puree. Stir Blenderized
mixture, small sized vegetables, and all seasonings together. Cover
and chill.
