Ingredients
1 lg green pepper, coarsely
1 chopped
1 ts minced garlic
32 oz undrained canned black
1 beans
4 oz sliced pimientos
3 tb red wine vinegar
1/2 ts oregano
Instructions
Saute pepper and garlic in liquid of your choice 3-5 mins, until'
tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to boil, simmer
5-7 mins., till tender. Serve with rice. (Adapted from Woman's Day,
